At CLARE, we are committed to delivering your skincare products quickly, safely and efficiently across India. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on www.clare.skin are processed and delivered. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. We generally take 1 to 3 business days to process and pack orders.
- During festivals, peak sale periods or high order volume days, processing times may be slightly longer
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays
2. Delivery Timeline
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service handling the order. Typically, your order will reach you within:
- Major metropolitan cities3 to 7 business days
- Other regions across India5 to 10 business days
Some remote or rural areas may require additional time. While we work with reliable courier partners, unexpected delays due to weather conditions, logistics challenges or festive rush may occur.
CLARE is not responsible for such delays caused by third-party courier operations.
3. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you place the order.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions
- Minimum purchase-based free delivery may be available
Note: Shipping fees, if charged, are non-refundable unless the delivered product is damaged or incorrect.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, leaked, tampered or incorrect, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us verify the issue, please:
- Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
- Contact us through official channels within the 48-hour window
- Provide your order details for quick processing
After verification, a return or replacement will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Complaints made after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.
5. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to modify the delivery address after placing your order, you must contact us immediately.
- Address change requests can only be completed before the order has been dispatched
- Once the shipment is handed over to the courier service, we will not be able to update the delivery address
6. Geographic Coverage
We currently ship orders only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Any future changes to shipping availability will be updated on our website.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
Despite our best efforts to ensure timely delivery, certain situations may cause delays beyond our control. These include:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural calamities
- Political unrest or strikes
- Logistic disruptions
- Festive season load
- Operational challenges faced by courier partners
In such circumstances, delivery may take longer and CLARE cannot be held liable for the delay, though we will always work to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
